The Technology Exploration Conference (TEC) is tailored to the needs of an increasingly technology-driven community. TEC 20 will be held virtually from December 7-9, 2020. CIOs, CEOs, technology professionals, and other professionals with roles or interest in digital and mobile solutions can all find the education, solutions, and connections they’re looking for. Your colleagues at TEC may come with different experiences and expertise, but they also bring similar challenges and goals. Join us for an exchange of intelligent insights and bright ideas to take back and share with your organization.

The Attendee Service Center (ASC), is available to you 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, wherever there is internet access. Within the ASC you can update your registration profile and download your registration receipt. 

Your login credentials can be found in your registration confirmation email.

Virtual Cancellation/Refund Policies:

ASAE will fully refund program registrations fees in full with notifications submitted to ASAE Registration via e-mail at ASAEservice@asaecenter.org. All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by 10 business days before the first day of the conference. Requests made in writing less than 10 business days prior to the first day of the conference starting will receive a refund of registration fees minus a $50 administrative fee. Refunds cannot be approved for no-shows.

Substitutions are gladly accepted. Substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the virtual event start date, and no later than December 4, 2020. Please submit a written request to ASAEservice@asaecenter.org. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.

All registrants will receive an email notification from ASAE Show Management with your custom login credentials a few days prior to the event.

You will use your credentials to log into the eShow Virtual Event Platform on the first day of the conference, December 7. You will use the same credentials to access the platform for the duration of the conference.

Yes. By attending 2020 TEC Virtual, you’ll earn credit hours toward certification or renewal of the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation. Participants can earn up to 8.75 CAE credits for attending the full conference on LIVE Days (December 8-9).

Yes. All registered attendees will have access to the eShow platform and any sessions during the on-demand period up until December 30 until 5:00 p.m. EST. 

The roster will be posted on November 16.
